he South African Institute of Drug-Free Sport has informed Triathlon South Africa that Patrice Gautier has been charged on 11 June 2025 with the following anti-doping rule violation namely :
- Return a Adverse Analytical Finding that show the presence of Testosterone. The athlete except guilt and choose not to contest the finding.
- Accordingly, he is suspended and prohibited from Competing, Coaching and
Administering in the sport of Triathlon, as well as in any other sport in South Africa and
Internationally until and including the 11th of June 2028 (midnight).
